CrossTrainDesigned to develop strength through compound isolated movements. You won't find a ton of conditioning and cardio here, but you'll still work up a sweat! 

 

CardioLight 
Light weight, longer workouts, aimed at burning fat! No barbell or complex skills. Unlimited CardioLight classes are included for free in all monthly memberships.
